What I focus on:

• Personal training I began at study on university.
• My main goal is that my clients achieve their primary ambitions (weight loss, body strengthening, increase in muscle mass, fitness, power etc.), with respect to their health as well as their current physical and psychical possibilities, in the most efficient way. I do not dedicate to only basic, ordinary goals but I primarily focus attention on health issues, such as difficulties with joints, intervertebral discs, muscle painfulness, increased blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, type II diabetes etc. As a matter of course, I always discuss nutrition and psycho-hygienic habits with my clients and I try to improve their habits according to their preferences and possibilities.
• Trainings are always set precisely tailored to the client according to objective and Complex diagnostic of the musculoskeletal system, performance and functionality.
• I also aim at improving the absolute and relative power.
• My hobbies are also special strength exercises on the horizontal bar and parallel bars, armwerstling, raising absolute and realtive strength.

Greatest coaching achievements:

Leadership and coaching Slovak champions in 2015 and 2016 in armwrestrling and first place in an international competition Judgement Day 2016 in Budapest.
